Our school zone needs speed limit signage. We want to install traffic control signage at the different intersections such as stop signs and speed limits. We also want to add traffic signs reflective "retroreflection" around the cattle guards to improve their visibility at the night and in the winter. The goal is to increase the safety of the community.

Given that Ulkatcho is in a remote area, we may have less traffic but speeding is a concern in our non-busy road. Adding new signs will increase the safety of the community. There are no streetlights in the community as well but traffic signs reflection will help the community members to see footpaths and increase visibilities at night. As a recipients of Vision Zero last year, this project will build upon last year’s project.
