Students Safety to School Project

Summary

This project will create a safe walking path for children to get to school.

Project Overview

In the last fiscal year Tsideldel First Nation paved all community roads. Although road signs were placed at major intersections, there were none installed on dedicated pathways between subdivisions. Currently, children frequently walk on the unstable ground, and/or paved roads to get to school. This issue leads to children being driven to school instead of walking. This project will create a safe path for children to walk to school.
