This project involves installing a permanent solar lamp post to help illuminate the area next to the bridge and improve visibility for drivers and pedestrians using the road. Community members face difficulty navigating that section of the road when it gets darker.

The corner next to the bridge currently has no light and gets very dark. A street light is needed here because of pedestrians and cyclists. Lots of people walk during the night and if they don’t have head lamps it makes it hard to see them.
