The project will help make walkways safer in our community, especially at night. Solar lights on the pathway will be installed; these lights will make it easy for people walking, biking, and strolling to navigate. Brightening this pathway will also provide a sense of safety from wildlife.

Even though we are a small community we pride ourselves on staying healthy and walking. We have had a hard season this past year for the wild fires and animals coming into our community and making it very hard for members to go out and walk safely. So to have a lighted pathway to give them a sense of peace that there is no bears in the area would make it easier for them to walk. Especially with their babies in strollers.
